At Wildflour Bakery, our small team of fabulous bakers is genuinely invested in the quality of our handmade, small-batch cookies, muffins, scones, breads, coffee cakes, and a variety of specialty items.

Our products can be found at the Wildflour Bakery & Espresso Bar in Garden City - through Wholesale or Special Order- and on the shelves of both Boise Co-ops, Winco Foods on Myrtle and in Eagle, as well as Whole Foods Market in Boise.

Owner Mary Cogswell started Wildflour in 1992 in Boise's Northend.

Since then, Wildflour Bakery has found a new location in Garden City offering a morning storefront with espresso and pastries.

Our freshly made products are delivered seven days a week to both Boise Co-op locations, Winco Foods on Myrtle and on State St. in Eagle,  and to Boise’s Whole Foods Market.
